So much for the "Installation Process Guide" we were given - with the purchase at week 1 and the installation shown at weeks 6 to 8, we should have completed Ancillaries in weeks 8 to 14 and been finished. Hmmm, since we ordered this in July, that puts them ALMOST THREE MONTHS BEHIND SCHEDULE and they haven't finished yet! Even is we say they installed in week six, it should have been done by the start of Novemember, and that is being generous to them.
What annoys the hell me most is that they're now badgering us for "late payments". The payments can't be late if THEY have done the work yet, can they!? I got the impression that their payments people are also blissfully oblivious to the problems we've had and the fact that it is incomplete.
We've finally(!!) had the paver complete the repairs to the header course and the installation of the solar heating for the roof, even the small leak in the solar has been repaired, so now we have to get the H2O people back to formally perform the handover. Then, and ONLY then, will I consider paying them.
God, this has been an arduous process and one we would NOT repeat with ANY Aquatic Leisure Technology company ever again - we'd prefer to pay the premium and get one of the smaller companies to build us a concrete one.
