Phoned Matthew, on another call, left message with reception for him to phone me back. Asked to speak to Helen in installations - unavailable.

Solar heating contractor arrives to measure up for heating. He will require the pipe work to have been moved by the time he returns in order to connect up. Anticipates about two weeks to be ready to install solar, would ensure correct material used for an indoor pool with Chemigen system. Said he would push Helen himself to speed matters up, if possible.
[Pool fencing rep. arrives on time to measure up for the pool gates.]
[The second and third roof A-frames are completed by day end.]
Wednesday

Matthew finally phones to return my call. I ask about the progress of various issues, he seemed unsure/unprepared. He then advises that jobs have been raised to have the pipe work moved and for the paver to come and inspect, would follow that up.
[Remaining roof steelwork completed, guttering finished, start of aluminium roof frames]
Thursday
No contact from paver or Sapphire.
[About 30% of the roof aluminium is in place, expecting to finish tomorrow.]
Friday
...came and went with no contact from Sapphire (sigh).
[The roof frame is all but completed, just a few small insect strips to go then we wait a week or so for the glass to arrive.]
