We decided to have a pool installed and, based on price and design, (unfortunately) chose Sapphire Pools (part of Aquatic Leisure Technologies) in Perth, Western Australia to do this for us, a decision we now regret.
This blog details the good (few)... and the bad (many)... aspects of this decision and suggests that, sadly, Sapphire Pools/ALT (and some of their contractors) have the internal communication skills of hermits and, frankly, couldn't organise a pi**up in a brewery.

Tuesday The pool blanket people came and fitted the pool blanket at the date and time promised.
No contact from Sapphire at all, nor from the pool cleaning company, despite many calls.
