13:10 Phoned Travis, spoke to Julia (install reception), tried Suzette (above Travis), tried Darren (above Suzette) left URGENT message.

14:55 Phoned for Suzette or Darren, left message for Julia (install reception) asking for anyone to phone me or this becomes a solicitor matter.

15:20 Phoned again! Eventually spoke with Matthew, head of complaints. Explained all, advised about the conservatory – he apologised. He confirmed that there is an outstanding w/o to move pump/filter – Helen to call back to arrange, today or Monday. Confirmed there is an outstanding w/o to inspect/replace headers. We agreed to inspect soon but not to replace until after the main conservatory construction is complete and scaffolding removed. He advised that removal of the headers will not crack the pool shell. He agreed to to check that the correct (indooor) material is slated for use on the solar. he apologised again.

[By the end of the day much of the pool was covered with a scaffold framework and series of boards to provide the builders with a safe working area.]
